This weekend it was my turn to pick. We actually forgot about it until Saturday evening. Luckily I selected dining room dinner. I'm sure that we aren't the only couple who generally dines in front of our tv. The dining room dinner fit in to our weekend nicely. I had already thawed out some pork loin and found a recipe for it. The recipe I used was: http://allrecipes.com//Recipe/easy-marinated-pork-tenderloin/Detail.aspx . The pork loin didn't have a great flavor, but it was ok. I made some yummy broccoli cheddar rice to go with it. After my wonderful husband washed my car inside and out I had a yummy meal ready for us on the dining room table.
One thing we learned today was that we clean up our dinner mess a lot quicker when we eat in the dining room them when we eat in the living room.
